Arabba, is a winter paradise for ski lovers. The Portavescovo slopes are the most famous and visited of the Dolomites (our hotel is at 100m from the starting point of the Arabba- Portavescovo cableway) and considering the excellent position they are accessible till spring.
Thanks to its position in the middle of the Dolomites, Arabba has many connections with other close skiing areas, such as the Marmolada glacier, the Val Badia and the Val di Fassa. It is also one of the main access points for the giro del Sellaronda, through the Campolongo,Gardena, Sella and Pordoi passes.

Other than skiing you can find other types of entertainment. For example, at the ice stadium you can spend a couple of hours skating with a musical background, or go on the motor sled track, situated at the Plan Boè mountain hut.
Who wants to spend a different day can take an excursion with the “cispe” (snow racket) along the path of the most beautiful dolomite peaks.
